Those of us who attended the Poetry Society of Texas 2014 Summer Conference July 10-12 (hosted by your very own Poets Northwest) are still flying high! (Our theme was "Wings".) We had a great time interacting with other poets, being inspired by our presenters, writing on the “poetry wall”, and just getting excited about poetry. Plan to gather for PST Summer Conference 2015 in Beaumont, Texas this July, featuring a poetry reading by our very own Lisa Salinas, winner of the 2014 Eakin Book Award given by PST.
